• Atoz2u requires that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the fruit/vegetables be communicated with us within the next 48 hours after product received - Reply with proof of photos directly to your Order Email.
• Should your fruit or vegetables perish within 48 hours (2 days) after delivery to the door/pick-up date, and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, we will be happy to consider refund credited to original payment method for you.
• Atoz2u reserves the right to request photos or images of the original fruit/vegetables.
• Air conditioning, extreme heat, or changes in temperature may also have an adverse effect on the produce.
• Unfortunately, with all the possible variables, it is difficult for us to guarantee the product quality in every case.
• On average, fresh produce should last between 24-48 hours, and 5-7 days depending on the type of produce.
