Door to door exchange can arrange if printer or spare part misfunction. HP is the only brand that provide user door to door exchange service in Malaysia, coverage all range of printer,from home and small office deskjet to hi-end laser printer. User may save their time and money due to spending on transport when sending and collecting printer for warranty.
How to claim HP ink,Toner & Drum in Malaysia
Give a phone call to HP Drop-off point nearest from your location ask for solution ,if they can't solve in the phone, must be attached with below requirement back to HP Drop-off Point:
1. Purchase invoice 2. Original print sample from faulty cartridge illustrating print problem (if cartridge can't detect no need to provide) 3. A written description of problem nature and/or the error message with printer model used when problem occurred. (take the photo to smartphone) 4. Defective Cartridge – with its original packaging (where possible)

When you sent the HP defective Ink / Toner to Drop-off Point , they will provide one copy which is [Customer Supplies Warranty Replacement Form] to you for keen and reference
All warranty claims must meet HP warranty replacement terms and criteria as follows:
1. Must be Genuine / Original HP Product
2. Must not be abused, refilled, misused or tampered with
3. Must not be empty / depleted / less than 60% capacity
4. Must be within warranty period- Warranty end date as found the ink cartridge body- Limited Lifetime warranty on cartridge life for toner cartridges
5. No exhibition of wear from or dinary use
6. Must not be unused / unopened / damage arising from shipment handling
7. Problem is not arising from importer usage /handling / storage by use.
8. Special note for Ink or Toner cartridges, the warranty coverage extends until the HP supplies is depleted , EOL (End Of Life) or the 「 Warranty Ends 」 date has been reached, whichever occurs first.
9. For print heads and Image Drum, the coverage extends until the 「 Warranty Ends 」 date has been reached or the warranted usage limit has been reached,whichever occurs first.
For all the HP Ink & Toner claim will take at least 3 weeks to progress , and you will receive the phone call from drop-off point inform your replacement/rejected consumables was ready for collection .
You must bring back the Customer Supplies Warranty Replacement Form to Drop-off point for collect back your replacement/rejected consumables.
