1.Send email to firstname.lastname@example.org for consumable claim , please provide the documentation as below
- Print out sample (example print out with line , print out empty , print out no clear)
- Ink box expire date image (Toner no need but the Toner lever must more than 70%)
- Order ID or Invoice number
2.After our customer care reply , you can arrange send back the item to us for claim the new unit for you
